Tell me a little about yourself
With an MBA in Marketing and a passion for good food, I found myself making a career out of my hobby for 30 years. Catering is a field that sparks creativity while affording me the pleasure of breaking bread with special friends.
What do you like most about your job?
That would be two fold. The obvious is watching trends in both food and presentation. Changing and keeping up with the latest trends. And second, the amazingly interesting people who come into my life and being able to share the special occasions of their lives with them.
Who/ What inspires you?
New ideas from my travels. I am always looking for the latest and greatest.
What is your favorite meal?
Anything Indian or Indonesian. Although a really good Raw Bar doesn’t suck!
What is your favorite drink?
I never met a drink I didn’t like except Tequila and White Zinfandel.
What is your Catering Nightmare?
Losing power, early arrivals, leaning wedding cakes and loud bands with too much ego!!
What is your Catering Heaven?
Using culinary research from around the globe to set new trends.
What is the most memorable event that you have ever worked with JTC and why?
The Heidt Wedding 2014

Tell me a little about yourself
I am University of Cincinnati graduate with a Bachelors in Communication! My love for event planning started in college and has only grown. I love meeting new people and working with clients to make every event a success. I also have a Golden Retriever named Dixie and a cat named Jasper who I adore!
What do you like most about your job?
I love being able to make new connections, and putting in the work especially in the small details.
Who/ What inspires you?
The joy people get from a successful event!
What is your favorite meal?
Chips, Queso, Guacamole and a Margarita
What is your favorite drink?
Cabernet or a Pinot Noir - basically any red wine!
What is your Catering Nightmare?
Thankfully haven't had one yet.. :)

Creating fun menus and elaborate events that are outside the box!
What is the most memorable event that you have ever worked with JTC and why?
My most memorable event had to be when I was tasked with going to pick up 185 McDonald's Happy Meals for a late night snack - it was so unique and fun!

Tell me a little about yourself
I am a 2020 graduate of Asbury University with a Bachelors in Media Communications and Spanish. However, most recently I decided to go back to school for an Associates in Pastry Arts and just graduated in May! I love life in general, but I'd have to say baking and being outside are two of my most favorite things.
What do you like most about your job?
I love being able to put stressed brides. grooms and families at ease. Weddings should be full of fun and celebration - and that's exactly what I want for everyone we come into contact with!
Who/ What inspires you?
My family, faith and friends are what inspires me to live everyday to the fullest!
What is your favorite meal?
One of the best meals I've ever had was in Italy, a simple parmesan truffle ravioli.. I shed a few tears.
What is your favorite drink?
Sweet Tea :)
What is your Catering Nightmare?
I only have sweet dreams, no nightmares allowed!
What is your Catering Heaven?
My catering heaven would be a dessert table full of delicious treats! Cake is always classic, but some other pastries are so much fun.
What is the most memorable event that you have ever worked with JTC and why?
My most memorable event that I've personally worked was a Bar Mitzvah at Cooper Creek. It was NFL Themed and they had the most fun DJ, photo booth, and personalized sweatshirts for all the kids. I got to work the S'mores table and seeing the their faces when we toasted the marshmallows in front of them was priceless!
